At Happiness Odyssey, we want you to be completely happy with your custom star map. If you have any problems during or after your order, we are here to help Our goal is to ensure you have a great experience, just like our other satisfied customers.
When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement
You are eligible for a refund or a replacement if:
- The product arrives severely damaged, or
- The product is very different from what we show on our website.
When Refunds or Returns Aren't Possible
Because our maps are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds if:
- There is an error in the details you provided (like the location or text).
- The wrong shipping address was given.
- You ordered the wrong size or format.
If the map is returned to us due to a wrong address, we can reship it for an additional fee once the correct address is provided.
What We Need for Refunds or Exchanges
To process your request, we will need your order number or proof of purchase. You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. For damaged items, you don’t need to send them back, but we will ask for photos to inspect the issue.
Digital Products
Digital downloads will look exactly as shown during the order process. If you made a mistake in your personal message or have trouble downloading the file, contact us at support@happinessodyssey.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
